If you've never seen a wine angel, the place to do it is at Aureole at the Mandalay
Bay. A $2,000,000 42 foot high structure was built to house almost 10,000
bottles of wine (9,865 bottles to be exact). It takes only 10 seconds for a wine
angel to reach the top of the structure to retrieve a bottle of wine. The
restaurants menu is fabulous and pricey (so not for those on a budget), but
offers the finest in ambiance, wine and food.
