Las Casuelas Nuevas – Opened in 1973, Las Casuelas Nuevas serves as the first hacienda-styled Mexican
Dinner House in America. Superb food in an elegant but festive atmosphere, with Mariachi music performed
nightly. Las Casuelas Nuevas is one of the flagship restaurants of the renowned "Restaurant Row" in Rancho

PALM SPRINGS
The most important food group in our opinion is chocolate.  If you like Belgian chocolate, you're going to love the

The Original Las Casuelas opened in Palm Springs in 1958 at its still thriving location: 368 North Palm Canyon
Drive. Operated now by daughter Florence Delgado, it was the first Mexican food restaurant in Palm Springs

Ristorante Mamma Gina  - Fabulous Italian food in the heart of the action on El Paseo.  For antipasti try Carciofi
“Empolese” ~ fresh marinated and thinly sliced raw crown of artichoke, shaved parmesan cheese and served

In the mood for Mexican food?  WJ came across Taco Salsas Y Mariscos, a small restaurant at the corner of
Date Palm and E Palm Canyon (next to Big Lots in Cathedral City) that makes really great authentic food at very

LA QUINTA
Las Casuelas Quinta blends the tastes of colonial Mexico with contemporary California in traditional Las
Casuelas style. While you listen to the terrific sounds of live entertainment, enjoy dining under the Tropical
Palapa Patio or by the massive fireplace in the Great Room, there's something for all the sense at Las
Casuelas Quinta.
