Las Casuelas Nuevas – Opened in 1973, Las Casuelas Nuevas serves as the first hacienda-styled Mexican Dinner House in America. Superb food in an elegant but festive atmosphere, with Mariachi music performed nightly. For antipasti try Carciofi “Empolese” ~ fresh marinated and thinly sliced raw crown of artichoke, shaved parmesan cheese and served with lemon vinaigrette. While you listen to the terrific sounds of live entertainment, enjoy dining under the Tropical Palapa Patio or by the massive fireplace in the Great Room, there's something for all the sense at Las Casuelas Quinta.
