Fresh Figs Roasted With Goat Cheese Recipe


  • 12 Fresh Figs

  • 4 oz Goat Cheese

  • Honey



Preheat oven to 450.  

Remove stem from fig.

Slice figs into quarters - only going down 3/4 of the fig so as to keep the
fig intact.

Place goat cheese in middle of fig and gently squeeze fig back together.

Place stuffed figs on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or olive oil.

Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven.

Drizzle honey over each fig and serve.



Serves: 4 as an appetizer or great on a platter for a cocktail party
