Corn Bread
Moist and delicious, the best corn bread you
ever had!
Serves 12
You will need:
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup melted Butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cup Sugar
8 oz Creamed Corn
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350F
1. Combine bisquick, baking soda, cornmeal, sugar.
2. Add buttermilk, creamed corn, eggs and melted butter.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour evenly into a well greased 9" x 13" pyrex (glass baking) dish
5. Bake 30 to 40 minutes - until toothpick comes out clean.
