
HOLIDAY SHORTBREAD by Mady in Wales. QUICK, EASY & VERY YUMMY SHORTBREAD 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature. 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 300 F. Lightly grease (non-stick spray) a cookie tray. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and mix. Slowly add flour and mix into a dough. Gently roll out dough, about 1/2" thick.
