Crew & Service
The Anjodi's crew consists of a Captain/Host, Master Chef, Stewardess and Driver/Tour
Guide. Our week on the water introduced us to Captain Julian Allsop, Chef Sarah,
Stewardess Lauren and Driver/Tour Guide Laurent. These four people were the epitome of
dedication and discipline. This team excelled in providing impeccable service, always
delivered with the highest standards in mind.
Captain Julian, not only a highly proficient skipper, but also a wine aficionado with incredible
knowledge and a professorial way of sharing his insight, allowed us all to develop our
understanding of wine. He selected regional wines paired with the many courses of our
meals. Intelligent discussion about viticulture, the critical influence of the terroirs and the
production process made for a most enjoyable learning experience to accompany our meals.
Chef Sarah delivered the goods when it came to magnificent culinary creations. She would
take advantage of local markets buying fresh produce, meats and cheeses and then add her
kitchen wizardry to create some of the most delectable dishes we have ever tasted. Sarah
was ably assisted by Stewardess Lauren. Lauren's passion for cheeses kept us all guessing
what she would present to us next... never failing to please our palates, as well as, educate
us on the sensational regional cheeses. She ensured that our staterooms were spotless
and our glasses were full. Driver/Tour Guide Laurent proved to have the uncanny ability of
being everywhere at once -- always at hand to see that all passenger's individual needs
were met. His wonderful sense of humor, melded with his knowledge, made for exceptional
tours throughout the week.
